Born in a garage in ATX, The Hot Box Sauna is a group of veterans, athletes, and medical professionals dedicated to serve those pushing the boundaries of human performence and maximixing health. We are absolutely obsessed with building the best saunas on the planet.

Committed to skilled jobs and supporting our domestic supply chain, we refuse to compromise with cheap materials or outsourced labor. Every decision in our shop is driven by integrity, ensuring a superior sauna built to last a lifetime.

Founder's Story

During my time in the SEAL Teams, I worked with some of the world’s most elite groups, exchanging tactics and technology. In 2013 while training with the Finnish Jaegers, I discovered their tactical use of saunas, a practice centuries ahead of Western culture in optimizing health and performance.

I had always seen saunas as a spa luxury, but this changed everything. Realizing how inaccessible true heat therapy was, I built the first (not-so-sexy) Hot Box prototype in 2020 and became obsessed with creating a high-performance, accessible solution.

After years of R&D, customer feedback, and an incredible team, The Hot Box Sauna has evolved to perfection. We’re committed to premium health products, American craftsmanship, and rebuilding skilled industry, one sauna at a time!

Finding a quality sauna in the U.S. isn’t easy. If your gym has one, you may question its heat, cleanliness, toxicity levels or EMF rating. At-home traditional sauna options require complex expensive installation, and take up space. Cheaper saunas may seem appealing but often lack the heat intensity needed to induce HSP's and are often made with questionable materials.

The Hot Box Sauna makes heat therapy more accessible. Our original design combines Infrared Technology and Red-Light Therapy at 220°F of ambient heat. With a 0% EMF rating, its low-profile cockpit design maximizes comfort, safety and heat retention. Made in the USA from all-natural non toxic American materials, it’s durable, sleek, and easy to assemble. Just 9 panels, 8 bolts, and under 15 minutes. Simply plug into a 110v standard outlet, connect to the app, preheat, and unlock the power of heat therapy!
