FAQ
What if the door or slider gets stuck?
The sliding lid is designed with a track and trolley system using six stainless steel wheels in a machined groove. If the lid doesn’t roll open, lift the front roof panel up and out for a secondary exit.
Is maintenance required for the Hot Box?
Oiling is not required, but you can oil your Hot Box annually to maintain the wood’s longevity and appearance. We offer an oil care kit on our website.
Can I place my sauna outside?
Yes, the Hot Box can be placed indoors or outdoors, as long as it is covered. Recommended locations include covered patios, carports, and garages. We also offer protective covers for purchase. Keeping your Hot Box indoors will help maximize longevity and efficiency, especially in colder months.
